Aminar Advertising Pvt Ltd operates out of Flat No 43 in the Great Western Building over in Fort. It’s a bit of an older building near the Lion Gate area, which has a lot of history to it. We aren't in some shiny new glass tower; instead, we have this space in Jb Nagar that feels more like a home than a stiff office. Being near the gate means we hear the sounds of the city all day long. We do advertising work, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to get people to notice things. It involves a lot of sketching, typing, and arguing over colors or words. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we get stuck on a project for hours without any good ideas. But we usually figure it out eventually. The office is a bit cluttered with old posters and stacks of paper, but that’s just how we work best. We don't have a formal dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the projects. Fort is a great place to be because of all the little cafes nearby where we can grab a quick lunch. It feels like a real community here. We don't make any grand claims about our work. We just try to make things that look decent and serve the purpose they were meant for. It's a bit messy sometimes, but it's our way of doing things.
