You can find Ambika Decorators Caterers over in Matunga East, specifically at Thakur Complex in the New Mahavir Building. We’ve been operating out of unit 30/A for a while now. This business is pretty straightforward. We do the decorating and we do the catering. Most of our work happens right here in the Matunga area, where people know our faces. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us and a few regular helpers we’ve known for years. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prep area or sorting through our inventory of tablecloths and lights. It gets pretty chaotic when multiple events happen on the same weekend, but we manage. We’ve learned over time that the most important thing is just showing up and doing what was asked. We don't go in for fancy marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Being in Matunga East means we’re part of a tight community, and we value that. We’ve handled everything from small house parties to larger functions in the local halls. We just try to keep things simple and honest. If the food is hot and the decorations are up on time, then we’ve done our job right. We’re just local people trying to make a living and helping our neighbors celebrate their big moments without a lot of fuss.
