Amber Sweets

Amber Sweets is located over at Dongri Vinayak Darshan 245. We have been behind the counter here for a long time, serving whatever was made fresh that morning. It’s a busy spot, and the kitchen is usually humming before the sun even comes up. Fancy packaging and branding aren't really our thing because the food should be what matters most. You’ll see the trays lined up with different items, and we just sell them until the pans are empty. It gets pretty crowded in the afternoons when everyone in Dongri is out doing their daily shopping. Many of the families around here have been coming to us for years, so we know their preferences. Sometimes a certain item runs out faster than others, and that is just the way it goes. Our team is small, consisting of just a few people working the scales and packing boxes for customers. The floor is a bit worn down from all the foot traffic, but the counters are always wiped and the glass is kept clean. Dealing with suppliers and getting the ingredients right takes up the bulk of our time. Being the biggest shop in the city isn't the goal, just being a reliable one here at Vinayak Darshan. People often stop by for a quick chat while their orders are being weighed. It is a simple way to make a living and we're glad to be a part of the neighborhood.
