Amazing Events

Our shop is at number 34 in the Kesar Shopping Centre, which is in the Charkop area of Kandivili West. We’re pretty easy to find since we are right near the Bhagwati Restaurant. If you know the neighborhood, you know it gets quite busy around meal times. Amazing Events is what we call ourselves, though most of the time we’re just busy working through checklists. The shopping center has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always someone coming or going. Inside our space, it’s mostly just shelves with supplies and a couple of desks for planning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down notes for whatever event is next. It’s not a very quiet job; there’s always something that needs to be moved or a delivery arriving. Charkop is a lively place to be. We’ve been in this unit for a while, and we’ve seen shops around us change, but we stay right here. We don’t go in for big speeches about what we do. We just take the details people give us and try to make them work. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially on weekends, but that’s the nature of this kind of work. We’re just local people running a business in a busy shopping center. It’s practical and it keeps us occupied every single day. We are just working through the daily grind.
