Alpha Data (Opp Dreamland Cinema)

You can find us on the first floor of the Rawalpindiwala Building. We are at 2 Tribhuvan Road, right across from the old Dreamland Cinema. Lamington Road is a famous place, mostly known for all the electronics and hardware shops, and we are right in the thick of it. Alpha Data has been in this spot for a while. The building has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk up the stairs. It’s not one of those new buildings with elevators that always work; it’s a bit older and has character. Being opposite the cinema means there’s always people hanging around or traffic blocking the way. We mostly keep our heads down and work on whatever data tasks are in front of us. It’s a lot of typing, checking numbers, and sitting at desks. The noise from the street stays with us all day, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. We don't have a fancy lobby. It's just the office where the work happens. People come by when they have something for us to look at. We know the other shop owners on the road, and sometimes we grab lunch from the small places nearby. It’s a busy, cramped part of town, but it works for us. We just keep doing what we do. It’s about being here and getting through the pile of work on the desk.
