Our office is in Malad East, right on the ground floor of Gokuldham. It’s located next to the Dindoshi court, so it’s usually pretty easy to find for anyone coming this way. We spend most of our day on computers or answering phones. People stop by all the time to ask about flights or train tickets. Sometimes the office gets very crowded when there’s a big group booking to handle. It’s just us here, working through the long lists. The road outside is always busy with traffic going toward the highway. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. Most people around here know where J 93 is. We don’t do anything fancy with our space. We just handle tickets and travel papers. It’s honest work that keeps us busy. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which can be annoying. But we always get the job done eventually. The court nearby means there are always people walking past our door. We keep the shop open late most days. It’s just how it is in this part of Mumbai. You stay until the work is finished for the night. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look up prices on the screen. It isn't a huge place, but it works for what we do. If you're coming from the station, it takes a bit of time in an auto. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
