Alfa Collection

Alfa Collection is a small outfit located at 102 in Khar West. It’s a busy neighborhood in Mumbai, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. Our space is pretty tight, and we have to be very organized to fit all the stock into the cabinets and onto the racks. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from taking orders to packing the bags. The rain during the monsoon season sometimes leaks a little near the front door, so we always keep some rags handy. It’s a very casual place where we wear comfortable clothes and drink tea while we work through the pile of invoices. Khar West is a great location because we are close to everything, but the parking is a total nightmare for anyone visiting. We don't have a fancy showroom; it’s more of a working office where we keep the collection ready for whoever needs to see it. Most of the time, the table in the center is covered in new samples that we are trying to sort out. We aren't trying to be a big corporate brand; we are just a local business doing our thing in a crowded city. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a long day, but we like the pace of it. We just keep things simple and focus on the stock we have.
