Ala Grand Event Managers

Ala Grand Event Managers is located in Reena Complex, which is right next to the Vidyavihar Bus Depot. We are up in unit 603. It’s a very active area, especially with all the buses moving in and out all day long. You can hear the engines and the conductors from our windows. Our office is where we do all the behind-the-scenes stuff for the events we manage. It’s not a glamorous space at all; it’s mostly just desks covered in schedules, floor plans, and lists of contacts. We spend a lot of time on our phones coordinating with different people. When we aren't at the office, we’re usually out at various venues, so this place is just where we come to organize our thoughts. The building is quite big and there are many other companies here, which makes the elevators very busy during the day. We usually just get lunch from one of the small shops around the bus depot or bring something from home. There’s no corporate hierarchy here, just a team working together to get things sorted. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with boxes or banners that we’re moving around, but that’s just the nature of the work. We aren’t trying to be a huge firm; we just focus on planning things properly and making sure nothing goes wrong. It’s a practical and busy place to work, and it suits the way we handle our business every day.
