You can find Al Kheyaam Decorators at 132 Sakina Manzil on Saisee Jublee Street. We are right in the heart of Bhindi Bazar, next to the Qutbi Masjid. It’s a very busy neighborhood, especially during prayer times or when there is a festival going on. The shop is on the ground floor, so it’s easy to spot once you get onto the street. We’ve been doing decorating work from this location for a long time now. The walls are covered with photos of past jobs and samples of fabric we use. We keep our ladders, poles, and bundles of cloth stacked in the back room. It’s a bit dusty because of all the fabric and the street traffic, but that’s just how a decorator's shop is. Usually, there are a couple of us here drinking tea and waiting for the next job to come in. We do a lot of weddings and local functions for the families nearby. Most of our customers are from the surrounding streets in Masjid and Bhindi Bazar. We don't have a website or anything like that because we don't need one. People just walk in or call us because they saw our work at a neighbor’s house or a relative's wedding. It’s a simple business. We load up the old van, go to the site, set everything up, and come back. It’s hard work, especially in the humid heat, but we’ve been doing it for years.
