Ajay Jaiswal

I have been living and working out of 41/A, Blue Nyle Apartment for quite a few years now. The building is tucked away in Bandra West on Modi Hospital Road, in the 2nd Stage Extension. If you know where St Nislaus Church is, we are right behind it. My name is Ajay Jaiswal. This isn't some big glass office building. It is just a regular apartment where I handle my daily business. Bandra has changed a lot since I was a kid, but this corner stays mostly the same. I spend a lot of my time at my desk surrounded by folders and a laptop. Sometimes people come over to discuss things, and we just sit in the living area. It’s much more relaxed than those fancy offices in the city. I don't have a team of people working under me. It is mostly just me doing the legwork. The neighborhood is friendly, and I know most of the shopkeepers on the main road. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but it's quiet once you get inside the gates. I don't use any complicated systems to run things. I just keep track of everything in my notebook. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing business. I’m usually around during the day if someone needs to drop by or talk about a project. That is just how I like to work. The church bells nearby remind me of the time when the day gets busy.
