Aj Choco Delights

We’re tucked away in the Mayur Trade Center over in Sarvoday Nagar. Aj Choco Delights is the name on the door, though most of us just call it the shop. It’s not a huge place, but we make it work for us. There’s usually a lingering smell of cocoa in the air, which isn’t a bad thing at all. We don’t have a big team of marketers or designers. It’s just us back there working with the ingredients. Some days the kitchen is a total mess with sugar and powder everywhere, but we always clean it up eventually. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just like making things that people enjoy eating. The Mayur Trade Center can be a bit quiet on some days and packed on others, so we just take it as it comes. We don't bother with fancy packaging or expensive commercials. Word of mouth has always been enough for us in Sarvoday Nagar. People know where we are if they want something sweet. We’ve had the same couple of people working here for ages, so we know how to work around each other without much talking. It’s a small, honest business. We try to keep our prices fair and our products consistent. There’s no need to make it more complicated than that. It’s just a little shop doing its best every day.
