We are based at 234, Arondekar House. Aj Art Studios Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of people who like making things. The office isn't what you’d expect from an art studio in a movie. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of sketches pinned to the walls. We do a mix of things, from design work to more traditional art projects. It gets a bit noisy when we’re all debating a project, but it’s a good kind of noise. Arondekar House is an old building with a bit of character, which we like. We’ve been here for a bit and have made the space our own. It’s not perfectly tidy; there are always half-finished ideas lying around. We don't go for big presentations or anything like that. Usually, we just show people what we’re working on and go from there. Some days we're stuck on a single idea for hours, and other days things just flow. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving. It’s just a regular workplace where we happen to do creative stuff. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, one of us does it. It's a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We're just glad we get to do this every day without too much fuss. There is always someone working late, but we don't mind the extra hours when the work is interesting.
