Airway Couriers

Airway Couriers is located over in the Fort area at 53/55 Ambica Cross Road in Ranip. We are up on the 2nd Floor of Dhanraj Niwas. It’s an old building, like many others in Fort, so the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. You have to watch your step coming up. Once you get to the second floor, our door is right there. It’s usually wide open because it gets a bit stuffy inside Dhanraj Niwas. We have a lot of packages coming in and going out all day long. The floor is mostly covered in bubble wrap and tape dispensers. We have a few desks where we handle the logbooks and the phone. It’s a bit of a chaotic scene sometimes with the delivery boys running in and out, but we have our own system for keeping track of everything. The windows look out onto Ambica Cross Road, and you can hear the horns and the shouting from the street below all day. We’ve been in this building for years, so we know the landlord and the other tenants on the first floor pretty well. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something happening. We don't have a lobby or a place for people to wait, just a small counter where we take the parcels. The walls are a dull off-white and there are some old posters about shipping routes pinned up. It’s just our workspace.
