Our place is at 9 Lower Parel, in the Kazi Ahmed Gafur Premises on the road near Ravi Raj Hotel. Lower Parel is always moving, and so are we. Aircross Courier & Cargo is about getting packages from one side of the city to the other, or even further. The office is usually a bit chaotic with envelopes and boxes everywhere. We have people coming in and out all day dropping off documents. Being near Ravi Raj Hotel is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The street is narrow and always full of bikes and delivery vans. It’s a lot of fast-paced work. We check the weights, print the labels, and get things moving. It’s a simple business but it takes a lot of effort to keep everything on track. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people find us because they work nearby or someone told them about us. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp during the afternoon rush. The building is a typical commercial premises, nothing special to look at, but it’s home for our business. We’ve learned to navigate the traffic and the shortcuts over the years. It’s just us doing the daily grind, making sure the cargo gets where it’s going without too many problems along the way. Sometimes the printers jam, but we just fix them and carry on.
