Air Parcel Service

Air Parcel Service is located right in the middle of Kalbadevi at 173/175. If you have ever been to this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes are and how many people are always rushing around. Our building is one of the older ones in the area, with high ceilings and those heavy wooden doors that have been there for decades. The office smells a bit like old paper and ink, which is something I’ve grown to like over the years. We don't have a lot of modern furniture; most of our desks are heavy things that have probably been here since the business started. It gets very hot in the afternoons, and the old fans just push the warm air around, but we manage by drinking a lot of cold water. We are a small group, mostly family and a few friends who have been with us for a long time. We don't use any fancy software to keep track of things; we still prefer our big handwritten ledgers for most of the record-keeping. There is a lot of shouting from the street below, mostly traders and porters moving goods, but it just feels like the pulse of the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media page. People find us because we have been in this same spot for so long. It is a simple, old-fashioned way of doing business, and we are happy to keep it that way for as long as we can.
