We have been running Air Pack Express Pvt Ltd from Ghatkopar West for quite some years now. Our spot is at H O A 50, which is always busy with people moving around. It’s not a fancy office by any means. We have some old desks, a few chairs that creak, and stacks of brown boxes everywhere. Most of our day is spent taped to the phone or dealing with waybills. It gets pretty dusty in here with all the cardboard and the windows being open for a bit of air. We aren't some big corporate giant with shiny floors. We are just local people helping other people send their stuff where it needs to go. Sometimes the delivery van gets stuck in that terrible Ghatkopar traffic, and we have to explain why things are running a bit late. It’s just the way it is here. We handle everything from small letters to heavy crates that take two of us to lift. The printer usually runs out of ink at the worst time, but we manage. We don’t have a big mission statement or any of that fancy talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People in the neighborhood know us. They drop by for a chat or to ask about rates. We keep it simple and honest. No hidden charges or complicated forms. Just plain old shipping work done by people who know the job. We drink a lot of tea to keep going during the monsoon season.
