Agarwal Mineral

Agarwal Mineral actually operates out of two different places. We have one spot in Kota, Rajasthan, over at 143 Shashtri Nagar in Dadabari. Then there is the other office in Mumbai, specifically in Kandivali West at the Panchsheel Height building in Mahavir Nagar. It keeps us pretty busy trying to keep track of what is happening in both locations. The Kota side is more about the minerals themselves and the sourcing, while the Mumbai office handles a lot of the coordination and paperwork. It can be a bit of a juggle sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or traveling back and forth. In Kota, it feels more like a traditional industrial setup, whereas the Kandivali location is more of an urban office vibe. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything. It is mostly just family and a few trusted workers who have been with us for a long time. We deal with the day-to-day issues as they come up, whether it’s a shipping delay or just figuring out the storage. It’s not always smooth, and there are definitely days where things feel a bit chaotic with the two different offices, but we managed to keep things going for years this way. We just focus on the minerals and making sure the logistics work out for everyone involved in the chain. It’s a lot of coordination every single day.
