Aero Pharma Group

Aero Pharma Group is based at W 32 in the TTC Industrial Area. This is part of the MIDC Rabale zone. If you have ever spent time in an industrial area like this, you know what to expect. There are huge buildings, trucks blocking the roads, and a constant hum of machinery in the background. Our spot at W 32 is where we handle all our pharma-related work. It’s a busy place. We have to be careful about a lot of things because of the nature of the industry, but we don't act like we’re in a movie. It’s just a lot of checking labels and making sure the machines are clean. The staff here is mostly local people from around Navi Mumbai and Thane. We commute in, do our shifts, and head home. The heat in the MIDC during the summer can be pretty rough, especially when the fans are just blowing warm air around. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. If you come to W 32, you're likely to see someone in a lab coat or a warehouse uniform walking quickly to get something done. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our communication is just shouting over the noise or quick notes left on a desk. It’s a hardworking environment where the goal is just to get the shipments out on time every day.
