Ad Plus Communication

Ad Plus Communication is tucked away on the fifth floor of Lansdowne House in Colaba. Our office is number 18, and if you know the area, we are right behind the old Regal Cinema. It is a historic building so the elevator is a bit slow sometimes, but we don't mind the wait. We work on all sorts of communication projects from here. It is not a huge agency with hundreds of people, just a small team of us sitting at our desks and getting things done. The view from the fifth floor isn't much, but being in the heart of Colaba means there is always good food nearby for lunch. We started this because we liked working on creative stuff and we’ve stayed here because the location is so central. It is a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you are here, it’s a quiet place to work away from the street noise. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with fancy chairs. You just walk in and we are there working on our computers. We’ve done work for a variety of people over the years, mostly through word of mouth. We don't really go out and hunt for business; people usually find us when they need something specific done. It is a practical way to run a business and it keeps us busy enough. We enjoy the atmosphere of being near the cinema and the waterfront.
