Accord R T O Consultant & Couriers is based over in Santacruz West at number 123. It’s a dual kind of business where we help people with their RTO paperwork and also handle different courier stuff. Because of that, the office is always full of forms, licenses, and brown envelopes. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we have our own system for finding things when we need them. Being in Santacruz West means we get a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. People are always popping in to ask questions about their vehicle registrations or to drop off a letter for delivery. The office is simple, just some plastic chairs for people to wait in and a big counter where we do most of the talking. It gets pretty hot in the middle of the day, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We aren't the type of place that has a fancy website or a glossy brochure to hand out. We just tell people what they need to know and help them get their documents sorted out properly. It can be a bit frustrating dealing with all the government rules and changes, but that's what we do here. We’ve been at 123 for a long time now. Most of the regulars in the area know us by name. We just try to keep things moving as fast as we can for everyone who comes in. It’s a busy life.
