Absolute Productions

We are based out of Malad West, specifically in the A Wing of Abrol Vasu Park, up on the eighth floor in room 801. It’s right next to Ryan International School, so we hear the school bells and the kids shouting during their breaks. That is the backdrop to our daily life at Absolute Productions. Our space is filled with screens, cables, and a few old couches that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time editing and putting things together for people. It is not like those big movie studios you see on TV; it’s more of a tight-knit workspace where everyone knows what the other person is doing. Sometimes we stay late into the night when a project is due, and the view of Malad from the window is actually quite nice when the city lights up. We get people coming in for meetings, and we usually have to clear a spot on the table for them to sit down. The elevator in this building can be a bit slow, so we often tell people to give it an extra few minutes when they come. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate entity. We just enjoy the process of making things and seeing them come together on the screen after a long day of work. It is a bit messy sometimes with hard drives everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
