A R Anghoti Wala

We are located in the Chunawla Building on Binyan Road in Pydhoni. The address is 73/A, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our specialty is rings, or anghotis as we call them, and we have a lot of different styles. We deal with various stones and metals, mostly catering to people who want something specific for their fingers. Pydhoni is an old part of the city, so the building is a bit aged and the stairs are a little steep. Inside, we have a small counter where we sit and talk to customers about what they need. We use small tools to adjust the size of the rings right there while people wait. It’s a very hands-on kind of job, and our fingers are often stained with polish or metal dust. The shop isn’t much to look at from the outside, but we have a lot of drawers full of interesting pieces. People come from all over because they know we’ve been in this building on Aip Marg for years. It’s a bit of a maze around here with all the narrow streets, but once you find us, it’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere. We don’t do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their family or friends. We just keep working away at the bench, making sure every ring fits just right before it leaves the shop. It’s what we know how to do best after all these years.
