A One Carriers

Our place is in the industrial suburb of Ghatkopar East. We are at 101 Kailash Esplanade, which is on the 4th Main and 2nd Cross. It’s a pretty easy spot to find because we are right opposite Shreyas Cinema. You can usually hear the movies or the crowds if you stand outside long enough. We handle a lot of transport and carrier work from here. There is always a lot of coordination with drivers and checking on where the trucks are parked or moving. The office is mostly just chairs, phones, and logs of all the trips we have scheduled. It gets dusty because of all the vehicles moving around the industrial area every hour. We don't spend much on decor or anything fancy. It's a functional space for a functional business. My brother and I run the daily operations, making sure things get loaded correctly before the trucks leave. Sometimes things get delayed because of the traffic on the main roads, which is frustrating for everyone involved. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to the guys who do the heavy lifting in the sun. It’s a lot of logistics and checking addresses over and over to avoid mistakes. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started here. The cinema is a good landmark for people who can't find the cross street easily. We just keep moving things from one place to another.
