You can find us in the Ashapura Building, which is over in HSR Layout, 7th Sector. We are specifically located on 18th Cross, quite near the Jain Mandhir. Being so close to the temple makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows that landmark. Our shop is on the 6th Main in Santacruz, and it’s a small, functional space. We mostly spend our time weighing parcels and getting them ready for the couriers to pick up. It is a lot of tape, bubble wrap, and writing out long addresses on labels. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once with big boxes. We have a simple counter and some scales that have been with us for years. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The traffic around HSR Layout can be a real headache in the evenings, so we try to get our outgoing stuff sorted before the rush hits. We see a lot of regular customers who live in the apartments nearby. They usually come in to send things to their families in other states. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. We just keep our heads down and make sure the packages are sent off correctly. It is a humble setup, but it works for us. We enjoy the local atmosphere and the quick chats we have with our neighbors.
