Our place is in Vile Parle East, specifically at E/1 and A/12. We are part of Kaynee Express Freiget Pvt Ltd. It's more of a logistics hub than a typical office. There’s a lot of space for crates and larger shipments. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at schedules. Vile Parle East is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street. The building is older, and we use two different sections for different parts of the work. Sometimes it's a bit confusing for people coming for the first time. We don't have fancy furniture or a nice lobby. It's mostly metal shelves and clipboards. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows their job, so we just get on with it. It’s not a glamorous business. There is a lot of dust and the smell of diesel from the trucks nearby. We stay pretty focused on the daily logs. If something goes wrong, we just fix it and keep moving. We aren't interested in being some big corporate name that nobody can talk to. If you come to E/1 or A/12, you'll just see us in our regular clothes working through the pile. We use a lot of markers to write on the crates. Our hands are usually covered in ink by the end of the shift. The lighting in A/12 is a bit better than in E/1, so we do the fine work there.
