We are located at Shop 324 in Sanjay Nagar, which is part of the Kama Estate area in Goregaon East. It is a bit of a maze back here in Millerganj, but once you find the shop, you will see we handle a lot of different technical problems. It is a small place, mostly just a workbench and shelves filled with spare parts and old equipment. We started out just fixing small things for the neighbors and it grew from there. It is not a corporate office with a reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. Usually, it is a bit messy with wires and components everywhere. We spend most of our time looking at screens or soldering bits of metal. The light in here isn't the best, but we have some desk lamps for the detailed work. Goregaon East is always busy, so there is a lot of noise from the street coming in through the door. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how to solve these kinds of issues. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, especially if the parts are hard to find in the local market. We just take things one job at a time and try to keep everything organized in our own way. It's not a perfect system but it works for us and the locals.
