We are based at number 35 in Andheri East, inside Thakur House. The building is right next to Adani Vidya Mandir, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. We’re just off the Prahlad Nagar Corporate Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of offices and schools around, so there’s always people moving back and forth. Near us is Kashibai Cottage, which gives the area a bit of an old-school feel despite all the new corporate buildings. Our space is mostly taken up by packages and delivery logs. There are boxes of all sizes stacked up against the walls, waiting to be sent out. The sound of packing tape is probably the most common thing you’ll hear here. It’s a hot part of town, especially in the afternoon, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We don't have a fancy waiting area or a front desk with a receptionist. It’s just a functional room where we handle the couriers. We spend the day coordinating with the riders and making sure everything is labeled correctly. The road outside is usually lined with school buses and delivery vans. It’s a hectic spot, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We just focus on the logistics and making sure we don't lose track of anything in the shuffle.
