5Th December Chocolates

We are located at 143-A in the Mudwad Viramgam area of Ghatkopar East. The name 5Th December Chocolates is what we go by, and we have been at this specific address for a while now. It is a bit of a residential feel around this part of town, not like the main market area which is always chaotic. I spend most of my time in the back room working. It is a messy business, to be honest. There is always cocoa powder on the floor or some kind of spill that needs mopping up. The room has to stay at a certain temperature, so the fans are always going. Sometimes the neighbors come by just because they can smell what we are making from the street. It is a small operation. We do not have a marketing department or anyone telling us what to do. We just make the batches and put them out for people. The 143-A building is quite old, but it stays cool enough during the day. I usually have a small radio playing in the background while I work. It gets a bit lonely if it is too quiet in the shop. Sometimes the deliveries get delayed because the traffic in Ghatkopar East is just a mess. You learn to plan for it after a while. We do not use fancy boxes unless someone really asks for them. Mostly, it is just about getting the product right and making sure it does not melt before someone gets it home. It is a simple way to spend the day.
