We are over at Geeta Industrial Estate on I B Patel Road in Goregaon East. Being in an industrial estate means it’s always busy around here. There are trucks moving in and out, and the sound of machinery is pretty constant. Our space is functional. We don't have any fancy decorations because we need the room for our equipment and materials. We handle communication services, which involves a lot of technical stuff that we’ve learned over the years. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving things around or checking on the machines. The air in the estate can get a bit dusty, especially in the afternoons. We have a small desk where we handle the billing and the phone calls. Most of our clients are other businesses in the same area or nearby. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by being consistent. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. If a job is going to take three days, we tell people three days. It’s more honest that way. Sometimes we have to work late when a big order comes in, but that’s part of the trade. We’ve been in Goregaon for a while and we like the grit of the industrial area. It feels like a place where things actually get made.
