Our office is located at 15/16 in the Pantnagar Ganeshnagar Society, specifically in the Kabalui Building. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with the streets of Pantnagar. We are a small team and most of our day is spent surrounded by cardboard boxes and yellow envelopes. There's always the sound of tape being pulled and people shouting out addresses. We handle all sorts of parcels, some big and some small. The delivery boys are constantly coming in and out, checking their lists and loading up their bags. It can get pretty chaotic, especially during the festive seasons when everyone is sending gifts. We try to keep the piles organized, but sometimes the floor gets covered in bubble wrap and paper scraps. Our desks are old and covered in ink marks from all the stamps we use. It’s a hardworking environment and not very quiet. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. If you come by to drop off a package, you’ll likely see us busy on the computers or weighing boxes on the scale. We’ve been in this building for a while now and the neighbors know us well. It’s just a basic courier shop where we focus on getting things from one place to another without too much fuss. Every day is different depending on what arrives in the mail for us to handle.
