1 To Z Events

We’ve been operating out of 2 Kashibai Cottage for a while now. Telli Galli is a pretty busy spot, especially being so close to Hotel Imperial here in Andheri East. Working at 1 To Z Events means we spend most of our time on our feet or on the phone. Sometimes the rains make the lane a bit messy, but we just deal with it. People often stop by our door just to ask for directions to the hotel. We handle various kinds of event things. It's not a fancy office at all, just a practical space where we get the actual work done. Some days are much longer than others. My desk is right near the window so I see everyone walking past toward the station. It's a loud neighborhood, but you get used to the traffic and the honking after a week. We just try to keep all our files organized. Sometimes deliveries arrive late because the road is quite narrow for big trucks. That is just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We have a small team here and most of us take the train and then walk. It’s a short enough walk if you know the right shortcuts through the side streets. 1 To Z Events has been in this cottage long enough that the local chai guy knows our usual orders without us asking. We don’t have a big reception area. It’s just a lot of equipment stored in the back and desks in the front.
