Victory Floor Tiles

We've been here on the 8-A National Highway for quite a while now. If you’re driving past the Omkar Petrol Pump, you’ll see our place right across the road. It’s a busy spot with all the trucks and cars going by, but we like it here. Victory Floor Tiles isn’t a fancy showroom with marble floors and soft music. It’s just a place where we keep a lot of stock and try to help people find what they need for their houses. Most folks come in looking for something that won’t crack the first time a hammer drops on it. We show them what we’ve got stacked up in the back. Sometimes the yard gets a bit dusty because of the highway traffic, but that’s just how it is. My brother and I usually handle the loading and the paperwork ourselves. We don’t have a big team or a secretary answering phones. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up while we’re moving crates. People ask about different patterns and sizes, and we just tell them what’s available on the pallets right now. We don't do those big glossy catalogs. You just walk around, look at the stacks, and see if the color looks right to you. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We don't spend money on big signs or TV ads. The highway brings enough people in. Most of the time, we’re just busy checking the inventory and making sure the stacks are straight. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy.
