Vegas Ceramic

Vegas Ceramic is located on Jetpar Road, right in the Pipali area. If you know the roads around here, you know how much traffic there is with all the transport trucks. We spend a lot of our time just managing the yard and making sure things stay moving. Making ceramics is hard work, especially when the summer heat kicks in. We have a crew that stays nearby, mostly local folks and some from further away. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We have the raw materials coming in one end and the finished boxes going out the other. It is loud inside the factory because of the presses and the polishing lines. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it with whatever tools we have on hand. It’s part of the life here. We don't spend much time on paperwork or fancy meetings. Usually, we are just out on the floor checking the tiles or talking to the supervisors about the next batch. The dust gets everywhere, no matter how much we sweep. Pipali is a good spot for this kind of work because everything we need is close by. We’ve been here for a bit now, just keeping our heads down and doing the work. The office is just a small room near the gate. It’s nothing special, but it works for us. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, trying to do things the right way without overcomplicating everything.
