Shivshakti Ceramic is tucked away on Jetpar Road, specifically near the Pawadiyari Kenal. If you go past the Kajariya Sanitary place, you’ll find us soon after. Being near the canal is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We also use the name Sunvista for some of our things. The factory is a big place with lots of different sections. We have the grinding area, the kilns, and the packing zone. It’s a lot to manage, and things don't always go perfectly. Last week we had some trouble with a conveyor belt, but we got it sorted. That’s just how it goes here. There’s no point in pretending it’s a quiet office job. It is sweaty and loud and there is always something needing attention. We have a small office at the front where we keep the records and talk to customers. Most people who come by are truck drivers or local distributors. We offer them tea and sit for a bit before getting back to work. The location near the canal makes it a little cooler in the evenings, which is nice. We have been at this spot for a while now. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just make the ceramics, pack them in boxes, and send them off to wherever they are going next. It’s just us doing our daily business and keeping the wheels turning as best as we can.
