Velox Ceramic

Out here in Rangpar, things move at a certain pace. Velox Ceramic is right on Jetpar Road, which is basically the main artery for everything happening in the Morbi ceramic world. We’ve got a decent-sized plot here. The main building houses the production line. Every morning starts the same way, with the sound of the gates opening and the first shift coming in. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People mostly know us because they drive past or they’ve heard about us from other traders. The Rangpar area is full of factories, so there is always a lot of noise and smoke in the air. Our tiles are made here from start to finish. We watch over the process ourselves, making sure the color stays right and the edges are straight. Sometimes the power goes out and everything stops, which is frustrating, but we just wait it out and start back up. It’s not a glamorous job. Your hands get dirty and you are on your feet all day. We have a small staff who knows the machines well. We just try to get the loads ready for the trucks on time so they don't have to wait overnight. It's a simple operation, really. Just a bunch of us working to keep the production going day after day on Jetpar Road. We have been at this address for quite a few years now and plan to stay here for many more.
