Sun Plus Step Tiles

You can find us at Shop No- G 35 inside Seven Sera Mall on Pipli Road. It’s a bit different being in a mall compared to a regular street shop, but it works for us. We mostly focus on step tiles here at Sun Plus Step Tiles. People coming into the mall often stop by just to see what kind of patterns we have. We have a few racks where we show the different tiles. It's not a huge shop, but we try to keep a decent variety so there’s something for everyone. Most of the day is spent talking to homeowners or builders who are working on a project nearby. We explain how the tiles fit and how they look once they are installed. Sometimes the mall gets really quiet during the week, and other times it's packed with families on the weekends. We don't have a big sales team; it's usually just one or two of us here. We try to keep the place clean, but tile dust has a way of showing up anyway. We aren't trying to be the biggest tile shop around, just a reliable one where people can come and look at things without a lot of pressure. It’s a nice enough spot to work, and we enjoy meeting the different people who walk through the mall. We chose this mall location because it’s easy for people to find us while they are out doing their other shopping. Sometimes they come in with a specific idea.
