You’ll find us on Lakhdhirpur Road in the Mahendra Nagar area. Simpolo Ceramics deals with a lot of heavy stuff every day. The shop is full of tiles and ceramic pieces that take some real effort to move around. It’s a dusty environment because of the nature of the products, but that’s normal for this line of work in this part of town. We spend a lot of time showing people different patterns and types of ceramics for their floors or walls. Lakhdhirpur Road is quite busy with trucks and industrial activity, so there’s always a bit of grit and noise in the air. We don't have a polished, air-conditioned office to sit in. It’s a practical workspace where we can load and unload goods onto the trucks easily. The staff is mostly local people who know how to handle the fragile items without breaking them. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch or convince you of anything. We just show you what we have in stock and let you decide for yourself. Sometimes we run out of a particular style and have to wait for the next shipment, which can be frustrating for everyone. That’s just how the business goes sometimes. We keep a ledger for the sales and try to stay organized, even when the warehouse area gets messy with open crates. It’s a lot of physical labor, especially during the hot summer months. We are just a regular business doing our best every day.
