Shivanand Tiles

Shivanand Tiles is tucked away near the Mahendra Nagar Chowk, right by the Market Yard. It’s a lively spot in Umiya Nagar, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. We’re located in the Kanabapa area, which has a lot of small businesses like ours. Our shop is filled with all sorts of tiles for floors and walls. It gets a bit crowded inside when we have new shipments coming in, but we make do with the space we have. Working near the Market Yard means we see a lot of trucks and workers passing by every day. It’s a noisy part of town, but we like the energy of it. Most of our customers are locals from around Umiya Nagar who are doing some work on their homes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it's just us showing people what we have in stock. If someone needs a specific color or pattern, we go through the stacks until we find it. Sometimes it takes a bit of digging. The floor is usually covered in a bit of white dust from the ceramics, but that’s just part of the job. We enjoy being a part of this community. People know they can just stop by the chowk and find us here. It’s a simple life, selling tiles and chatting with the neighbors while the market carries on around us.
