Our factory, Sanso Granito Pvt. Ltd., is out on the National Highway near Wankaner. We are situated at Plot No. 8/A, right behind the Makansar Panjarapol Weed area. Being on the highway means we get a lot of trucks coming and going at all hours of the day and night. It is a big plot of land where we keep the machinery and all the heavy stock. The air is always a bit dusty from the work, but that is common out here in this industrial belt. We have a crew that works in shifts to keep things moving. Wankaner is a known hub for this kind of stone work, so we fit right in with the other plants nearby. It is not the quietest place to work, but we like the steady pace. Most of our day is spent checking the production lines or making sure the loading is happening correctly. We do not have a fancy showroom; it is more of a grit and dirt kind of workplace. The sun gets pretty hot out on the highway, especially in the long afternoons. We have a small office area where we handle the invoices and the logistics of shipping. It is a lot of coordinating with drivers and making sure the slabs are packed safely so they do not break. We have been at this location for some time and know the local roads like the back of our hands. It is a tough job sometimes, but we are used to the heavy lifting and the long hours. We just focus on getting the slabs out on time.
