Ramoji Granito

Ramoji Granito is based right along the 8-A National Highway. If you’re driving down Matel Road in Dhuva, you probably know the area. It’s busy out here with trucks passing by all day. We spend most of our time dealing with the tiles and the dust that comes with them. It gets hot in the summer, but that’s just how it is in Gujarat. Our place isn’t anything fancy, just a regular spot where work happens. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we know the routine. We usually start early before the sun gets too high. You’ll see the stacks of granite and vitrified stuff out front. Sometimes the traffic on the highway makes it hard to hear, but we manage. People stop by for various reasons, mostly looking for specific patterns or just to check stock. We don’t have a big front office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving slabs and making sure everything is counted right. Dhuva has grown a lot lately, but we’re still just doing what we’ve always done. If you get lost looking for us, just look for the landmarks near the Matel Road turnoff. It’s pretty straightforward once you’re on the highway. We’re just a local business trying to keep things moving.
