You can find Elica Vitrified Pvt. Ltd. tucked away on Lakhdhirpur Road, right behind Commando Ceramics off the 8-a National Highway. It can be a bit of a maze back here with all the different factories and warehouses, but we like our spot just fine. We have been working out of this location for a good while now, mostly focusing on getting our tiles sorted and shipped out to customers. The road out front is almost always full of tractors and heavy trucks, which is just part of living in this industrial zone. Our building is not anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where the work gets done every day. We spend most of our time dealing with raw materials and keeping an eye on what is coming out of the factory. It gets very loud and hot near the kilns, so we usually take our breaks in whatever shade we can find outside. We do not use any fancy business talk here. We just talk about what needs doing today and which pallet is going where. Sometimes visitors get lost looking for our neighbors, and we don't mind helping them find the right gate. It is a tight-knit area where everyone is just trying to earn a living. We try to keep our costs down and our work steady. Being behind another big building means it is a little quieter than being right on the highway edge. (252 words)
