Ralco Ceramic

Ralco Ceramic is located on the first floor of Parshwanath Complex No. 3. We are right along the No. 8-A National Highway. Being on the highway means we get a lot of trucks passing by and plenty of dust, but it is a great spot for a business like ours. Our showroom is up on the first floor, where we keep all our ceramic samples. We have got stacks of tiles and different ceramic products spread out across the room. It is not a high-end designer gallery; it is more of a practical place where you can see the actual products we have in stock. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and helping people who drive in from the highway to see what we have. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb if you are doing it all day, but we don't mind. We have been operating here for a good while and have seen the traffic on the National Highway grow every year. We are mostly local people working here, and we like to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a certain type of ceramic for a project, we just show them what we have got and tell them the price. No big marketing gimmicks or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the shop running and making sure our inventory is organized enough so we can find things when a customer asks. We don't have a lot of staff, so you will usually see the same faces every time.
