Marvela Ceramic

If you’re driving along N.H. 8-A, you’ll find Marvela Ceramic inside the Shreenath Complex. We occupy Office No. 10/11. Being right on the highway means there is always dust and the sound of trucks passing by, but it makes it easy for getting our ceramic shipments in and out. The office is where we spend most of our daylight hours, looking at samples and checking over orders that come through. We deal with a lot of tiles and ceramic goods, so the space usually has crates sitting around waiting to be moved. It isn’t a high-end corporate showroom; it’s more of a working space where we get things done. Some days the air conditioning struggles with the afternoon heat, and we end up propping the door open to get a breeze from the hallway. We have coffee together in the mornings before the phone starts ringing. We know the other folks in the complex well, and we often chat near the stairs about how the week is going. It's a practical setup for what we do. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the desks and the storage areas. It's a bit of a trek for some people to come out this way, but the highway location is just too convenient for the heavy lifting part of the ceramic business. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind without much fuss.
