Our business, Masara Impex, is located right on the National Highway 8-a in the Lalpar area. It’s a prime spot for shipping things out, which is good because we deal with importing and exporting. The yard is usually full of shipping containers and trucks waiting to be weighed or checked. It can be a bit chaotic with the noise of the highway and the cranes moving stuff around. We don't have a polished front office. Most of the time, we are working out of a cabin that’s seen better days. We focus on the logistics and making sure the goods move from point A to point B without getting stuck at the docks for too long. It’s a lot of dealing with customs forms and shipping manifests. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like a multinational corporation. We are just a local team that knows how to handle freight. The sun can be brutal out here on the highway, so we drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can. Most of the guys here have been working in the transport sector for their whole lives. We don't have a marketing strategy. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for years and people know we'll get the job done. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong with the trucks, but we just fix it and move on. It’s a gritty, hands-on kind of job.
