Laurent Tiles

Laurent Tiles is located out on Lakhdhirpur Road, not far from the H A National Highway. Being near the highway is useful because we deal with heavy tiles that need to be moved by big trucks. The yard is usually stacked high with pallets of ceramic and porcelain. It gets very dusty out here because of all the trucks passing by on the national highway. We spend our time helping people pick out tiles for their floors or walls. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving samples around so people can see the patterns in the sunlight. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show you what we have in stock and tell you the price. The Lakhdhirpur area is known for this kind of work, so we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the sun beats down on the yard and makes the tiles hot to touch, but we just keep working. We aren't a corporate chain; we are just a local business trying to make a living. We know that picking tiles is a big decision for a homeowner, so we let them take their time. Our boots are usually covered in grit from the yard, but that’s just part of the job. It is simple work, really. We see the same truck drivers every week and we know how the local traffic flows. We just keep the tiles moving and try to be helpful when someone walks in.
