We’ve been here at Om Complex for a while now, right by Mahendranagar Chokdi. If you know Morbi, you know how busy it gets around Jetpar Road with all the trucks and people moving tiles around. Our place isn't fancy. It’s mostly just us dealing with the day-to-day ceramic stuff that comes through. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We open up early, get the shutters going, and start checking what needs to go out. Most of the people who stop by are just locals or builders looking for something specific for a project they’re working on. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting in the office, handling the paperwork and making sure the stock is where it’s supposed to be. The traffic outside can be a real headache in the afternoons, especially with the junction being so close. We’ve grown used to the noise though. It’s a honest living. We just try to keep things organized so when a customer walks in, we actually know where the boxes are kept. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up a bit or catch up on things. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business running here in Morbi like everyone else around us. It's a lot of lifting and moving, but it keeps us busy.
