You can find us out on the Pipli-Jetpar Road in the Rangpar area. It’s right in the middle of all the tile factories here in Morbi. Our place is in Virat Nagar. If you know the area, you know it stays pretty dusty with all the trucks moving back and forth all day long. We work with ceramics, mostly floor tiles and things like that. The kilns are usually running and there’s always a bit of noise from the machines. It’s a tough environment but it’s what we know. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of managers. It’s just a group of us making sure the production stays on track and the quality isn't dropping off. Some days the heat in the factory is a bit much, especially in the summer months when the air doesn't move. We spend a lot of time checking the edges of the tiles and making sure the patterns look right before they go into the cardboard boxes. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just make the tiles and sell them to whoever needs them for their building projects. It’s practical work. Sometimes there are delays with the shipping or the raw materials, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been in Rangpar long enough that the locals know where to find us. It’s just honest factory work and trying to keep the machines running smooth every day without too much trouble.
