Out here on Jetpar Road, things move at their own pace. We are Florim Ceramic Pvt. Ltd., located at Survey No. 260/P2 in Jivapar Chakampar. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but we like the space it gives us. The air is always a little dusty from the daily work, and the trucks keep the road busy from morning till night. We spend most of our time on the production floor, making sure the machines are running right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours and we know it well. The building isn't brand new, and it has some character from the years of heavy use. We’ve got a good crew here. Most of us have been with the company since the start. Jivapar Chakampar is a quiet enough place once the sun goes down and the machines finally stop for the night. You get used to the rhythm of the place. We don't have a big fancy lobby with coffee machines. Just the office and the main area where the work happens. People know where to find us if they need ceramics. Survey No. 260/P2 is easy to spot once you get onto Jetpar Road. We try to keep things simple. No need for big speeches about what we do. We just do it. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local area. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going.
