Zibon Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is located right at Rangpar. It’s a village area that has become a real hub for this kind of work over the years. We’re surrounded by other companies, but we all just mind our own business and get on with it. Our place in Rangpar isn't a modern glass building. It’s a sturdy structure that’s built for work. We deal with ceramics every single day. Some days the production goes perfectly, and other days we have to spend hours fixing a machine that decided to quit on us. That’s just the nature of the job. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about clay and firing temperatures. The air in Rangpar always has that specific smell of industry and earth. We’ve grown used to it. Most of our staff live nearby, so we don't have long commutes, which is nice. We often share a meal together in the afternoons, just sitting around a table in the break room. We don't make big promises or use polished language to get customers. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving through the village. We like the simple way of doing things. As long as the trucks are loaded and the quality is okay, we feel like we’ve done a decent day’s work.
