We are located on Jetpar Road, right across from the Kajaria Sanitaryware place. Our spot is Survey No. 501/1. Working at Aukland Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. means dealing with a lot of heavy lifting and making sure nothing gets cracked. Ceramic is tricky that way. It looks solid but you have to be careful how you stack it. Most days we are just checking the quality of the batches coming off the line. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don’t have any fancy managers in ties telling us what to do. We just know what needs to get done before the sun goes down. Sometimes the kiln gives us a bit of trouble, but we fix it and keep moving. It's a lot of manual labor, but it keeps us busy. We've seen a lot of other businesses open up along Jetpar Road recently. It’s becoming a real hub for this kind of work. We just stay in our lane and focus on what we have in front of us. The office floor is always a bit dusty, no matter how much we sweep it. That is just how it is when you work with clay and ceramics all day. We keep some samples in the front, but mostly it's just a working factory. Nothing too fancy to look at, just a lot of hard work and honest sweat.
